Marketing Associate – Multi-Brand Travel Marketing

Kenosha, WI (Hybrid/Flexible Local Travel Required)

Join our marketing dream team as a Marketing Associate, where you'll help drive the brand presence of four dynamic travel companies:, LaMacchia Travel, Travel Leaders Discovery, Jet Stream, and LovinAway. This is a hands-on, creative role designed for someone who thrives on variety, loves working across multiple brands, and knows how to turn marketing trends into action.

Major Purpose:

The Marketing Associate is responsible for building and executing strategic, trend-driven marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, increasing brand visibility, client engagement, and sales across four travel brands. This individual will manage content creation, social media strategy, local events, and digital touchpoints — all while ensuring each brand’s voice is distinct and impactful while also collaborating with other team members.

Responsibilities: 

Marketing Strategy & Execution (60%)

  • Create and manage marketing calendars for each brand based on:
  • Travel trends and seasonality
  • Customer demand and booking patterns
  • Preferred partner promotions and initiatives
  • Execute campaigns across digital platforms:
  • Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Email newsletters and promotions
  • Website landing pages and blog content
  • Lead content creation for all channels including:
  • Reels, videos, posts, travel stories, and email offers
  • Branded documents, client certificates, and presentation materials
  • Create high-impact visuals for advertisements, billboards, and event signage
  • Coordinate and support marketing efforts for local events and expos
  • Build brand standards and adhere to them when executing

 

Digital & Brand Presence (30%)

  • Keep each brand's digital presence updated and fresh
  • Website updates, blog posts, social bios, email flows, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement performance, adjusting content accordingly
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity per brand

 

Project & Calendar Management (10%)

  • Build and manage marketing calendars across all four brands
  • Prioritize time and resources based on strategic allocation:
    • LaMacchia Travel: 35%
    • LovinAway: 30%
    • Jet Stream: 20%
    • Travel Leaders Discovery: 15%
  • Collaborate with internal team and delegate tasks when needed
  • Liaise with vendor partners on co-branded initiatives

  • Consistent growth in audience engagement and brand reach
  • Clear brand differentiation and creative storytelling across platforms
  • Campaigns that drive measurable lead generation and sales
  • Increased visibility among preferred partners and industry peers
  • Recognition as a go-to travel team in the social and digital space

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the travel, lifestyle, or hospitality space
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and storytelling
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • WordPress or web management experience a plus
  • Highly creative with excellent visual and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to attend and represent brands at local events and activations
  • Must be located near Kenosha, WI or willing to travel locally for events and team activities
